The following has been observed to fix a problem that happens with some installations of MCU/CetisConfigure (Version 252 or lesser). The reason for the installation problem is unknown, but is believed to be related to .dll differences.

1. Download Microsoft Access Runtime 2007
2. Open program with Runtime 2007.
3. Close program (it is normal to get an error about the database being to old)
4. Open program with Runtime 2013. You might get a security warning. This should not be a concern, just press open.
5. Create your program.
